I thought i must give her a real answer with some actual means, so that she may benefit out in her later days as a grown. I thought for a while and started.

"Majority think, leadership is that they influence others to get what they like to see. Some think appeared shine and been talked by others is leadership. Some think since they get followers, and they are trend setters – so they are the leaders. Some think shouting loudly and commanding others to get what you want is leadership. Others think exceeding others in a competition and going in front of a race is leadership. So majority think some sort of winning and exceeding a bunch of others by various those means and keeping high esteem as leadership. Sometime some charismatic guys do cheap demonstrations and illusive acts to show that they are such concern and committed about their fellow folks. It is quite natural they make promises. But only few are met. Why leaders got to demonstrate this illusive behavior – may be that they haven’t aware of another good way of dealing people around them. "

"When you become an adult girl, never make sugar talks. They only work short term. Never make promises you can’t make. Never threaten people – because fear is a tool that is to use among cowards. Brave to behave. Brave to speak truth. Intelligent to bring realistic points. Mindful to forecast what is coming ahead. Humble to listen what is coming in. Knowledge to generate alternatives. Methodical to evaluate them. You have to prioritize things and make wise choices. Experienced to understand context. Read to gather experience when you don’t have much. Be who you are. Keep your mind calm always at any challenge. Make sure you believe your self and make sure you have peace first. Make sure you have happiness first. It is millions time better to die as a poor genuine man of self-worth than a rich celebrity asshole without actual inner peace. But I Know You can always be a good celebrity leader one day"
